Serviceable Update and News

Hello, Followers. It’s been about a week since I’ve last posted so I wanted to touch base with you. I wanted to let you know about a few new and exciting things I’m working on for near future which I think will help you as you run your business.

New Website Launch.

First, I’ll be finishing up my personal website. I expect it to go live no later than the end of the month.

From my site, you’ll find information on how we can partner to help you manage your business and your online marketing strategy.

I’ll be able to help you create content for you blog or website. I’ll also be able to advise you on the best social media strategy(s) to help you build followers, recognition, and customers.

As I’m sure you’re more than aware, social media and online content are currently the biggest and best way to build a customer base and to communicate with those customers. Most business owners are aware of this but have not figured out a way to consistently use their online presence to build fans.

One way is to use your online presence as an extension of your customer service, but sometimes it’s hard to constantly check your social media  when you manage a business that requires you to be in front of your employees and customers at important times.

I’ll be able to help you with your online customer service, too.

As part of my social media management package, you can allow me to handle all of your online customer service or use me only when you need me.

I’ll also be able to offer consulting advice if you need help with your hospitality management or service management team, or if you need personal advice yourself. A lot of us in this business are learning as we go and sometimes it’s good to have someone who can put a second set of eyes on any obstacles you face, or someone you can call when you need to.

Other Benefits.

When the site goes live, I’ll be able to reach a wider audience and will be able to offer you more and better content here on Serviceable.

Some of the feedback I’ve gotten lately has been from readers who need specific information on what it’s like to work with certain vendors, where they can find products, or what technical equipment other restaurant and hotels are using.

Of course, I’ll continue to address hot topics in the service industry, bring you trending news and developments, and continue on our journey of how to successfully navigate the obstacle course of opening your own restaurant.
