It’s been a few weeks and I apologize about that. Hopefully you weren’t in dire need of advice. Judging from the number of visitors during my absence I see that you’re all finding some of my advice useful.
Bad news first.
As you know, I’ve been busy working on a business plan for my own restaurant while helping you to develop or write your plan.
Unfortunately, I’ve hit a roadblock. My investors have pulled out.
So, it’s back to the drawing board for me.
In the meantime, I’ll continue to work through the steps of writing a plan and opening a business. In fact, this may be a good thing. It will allow me to re-focus on this site and to produce content regularly again.
Now the good news.
On another note, one good thing has come from me working with those investors and property owners. They have now begun following me and see the value of what content writing and social media management can do for your brand and business, so they’ve asked me to help them.

You can’t just unlock your doors and expect the crowds to flood in.
“People only want to try your restaurant if everyone else is trying your restaurant.”
So, as the weeks go on, you’ll start seeing a few more posts on using content marketing to grow your audience, which should bring your more attention, and finally drive sales.
The cool thing about online marketing for restaurants is that the two go hand in hand. If you can remember, the first social media and crowd review sites to get popular had eating, drinking, and socializing in common.
So we’re just going to have fun with this and come up with some new ideas to enhance your brand.
